Darren is an open and approachable psychologist, who will work with you to develop a clearer understanding of your behaviours and any challenges you might be experiencing in your relationships. As a practitioner, Darren has experience working with adults and couples across a number of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational conflict.
Darren draws upon a range of therapeutic orientations to find an approach that will best suit your needs and goals. Primarily, Darren works from a mentalizing therapeutic framework, which attempts to make sense of behaviour by focussing on patterns of underlying thoughts, feelings, hopes, and concerns.
Darren also has experience working with corporate clients, and is a nationally accredited mediator.
